If for ANY reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a FULL refund or a FULL credit towards another order (excluding postage) within 30 days. Simply return your item in the original packaging, postage paid, and in new and sellable condition.

ZIEIS Accuracy Guarantee

If after checking your new ZIEIS scale you determine that your scale is not accurate, you may return it for a FULL refund or a FULL credit towards another order (excluding postage) within 30 days. Simply return your item in the original packaging, postage paid, and in new and sellable condition.

  

 

*IMPORTANT NOTE: if any order is REFUSED or returned to ZIEIS without including the proper paperwork and a copy of the receipt - the customer will be charged for ALL incurred shipping costs PLUS a 20% restocking fee.

In addition, the product must be in the original packaging and must be returned in new and sellable condition in protective packaging. (NOTE: shipping costs are non-refundable)
